I thought it was good even though I didn't enjoy it as much as previous weeks. JD's dad is a real bastard.

I overslept, and had to DVR it.

But, my episode airs next week! Everybody should watch & tell their friends to watch, too!

Above Average.

This show is great when it is showing family dynamics. the Collette women and the bridal shower was really well done. as annoying as they can be at times, they can also be a very loving family. the talk between the mom and tyra felt genuine.

On the other end we have the McCoys... yikes. JD had been slacking off (a bit) and probably was being a bit of a slacker... but that is no excuse for the father's actions. The dad was so far out of line, it was crazy.

Lyla, blah... whatever.

There was a scene between Eric and Buddy that felt like another scene was missing. Eric's anger about the redistricting and Buddy's anger about it seemed rather sudden.

Then we have Matt and his family... that kid will never catch a break... poor matt.

overall a solid episode.

Matt will catch a break when San Antonio State offers him a scholarship. And then they'll offer Eric Taylor the head coaching position. And Tyra, Lyla, Landry and Julie will also get accepted there.
