FOX FALL 2011-12 SCHEDULE

Anyone remember that reality show 'Paradise Hotel' the tag line was "Go from fan of the show...to star of the show"...that wouldn't be a good thing in the case of AMW. :rommie:

FOX trailers here.

Terra Nova okay, Alcatraz looks cool.

No preview for Touch? NBC didn't schedule Awake but at least they put out a preview.

Terra Nova looks interesting. But I wish Alcatraz was on in the Fall instead (or maybe with it!). It does look cool.

As for Touch, from what I've read, they have not filmed Touch at all yet (NBC hasn't filmed anything on The Firm yet). So no footage for a preview. The concept sounds kind of like Heroes in a way though. Hope its good!

Well, I'm going to be watching House, Terra Nova, and Fringe in the Fall. And then House, Alcatraz, and Fringe at midseason.

FOX has a really weak schedule next season. So does NBC. I wonder if ABC & CBS will have better schedules. I know the CW won't. lol.

Yeah, Touch will only start filming next month. There's no pilot to make a preview from.

I think Fox and NBC have much stronger schedules for the coming season than they did for the current season. The CW will have stronger freshman shows for 2011/2012, too.

Nikki Finke reports that a deal has been worked out that gives Seth Macfarlane the go-ahead on reboot of TV and film versions of animated classic The Flinstones that will air on Fox in 2013.

Yeah there are already a couple of threads about it. I don't mind if they bring back "The Flintstones" as long as it isn't a carbon copy of "Family Guy" which is of course a riff on many old sitcoms including "The Flintstones".

Terra Nova actually sounds interesting and I'm especially happy to see Alison Miller onboard. I'll check it out. Up until now, I just thought of it as "that dinosaur show" and dismissed it any time it came up.

He was on a show last year that got cancelled fast.

happy town yeah it was why cancell it?

Same reason as ever.

Everything looks better this year. They couldn't do worse than last year.

I am hearing Lisa edelstein aka CUDDY has quit House and won't be in season 8.

I will be back for Fringe and Glee.

I watched the trailer for Alcatraz and will give it a shot. I will also try Terra Nova but I do not hold out much hope.

I don't try anything on FOX until I feel confident I will not have wasted my time on a show that will be canceled before it ever had a chance to find an audience.

So that basically means I watch Bones and House. But House really needs to end. They have run out of ideas and now it's just getting dumb.

I watched the first season of Fringe and what's her name was really getting on my nerves by the end of it...although I liked all the rest of the characters and the premise of the show. I own season 2 on DVD - I need to watch that and see if Fringe is worth pursuing.

IMO the first season while having a rocky start was the show's best--each season is a step down from the previous one with the third season being its worst. I gave up on it when I realized the mythology was probably going to end up a contrived mess.

And the Terra Nova thing does not change history? I could watch it just to see the solution to that.
