I doubt these films are for long time, hardcore Beatle fans. There are a lot of folks out there who know the name but not much else. I've a watched few reactors (usually folks from 20 to 40) encountering the Beatles for the first time. Of course my initial thought is "How the heck do you not know about the Beatles?" Most are pretty amazed, especially when reacting to peak "Studio Beatles". Some seem to think they were a "Boy Band", but are quickly dismissed of that notion. 
I remember when Peter Jackson's Get Back came out there people reacting online saying I never knew how talented Macca was for writing Let it Be... I have youngsters at my work say they can't listen to the Beatles because they're not from their generation.. They're not my generation either haha. I discovered them as a teenager exchanging cassette tapes with friends. I feel if music is good it doesn't matter what decade it comes from.

When I was there I was so tempted to go get my haircut in barber shop but as I was on a taxi tour with friends it take up too much time. haha
Yeah, they're my parents' generation and I learned about them as a kid from mom's records and the Beatles cartoon (in reruns).
My mom loved John Lennon and has all his solo albums. She also likes Queen and adores David Bowie. It was good growing up with her music!
Think we're very lucky to grow up at the right time inheriting the previous generations taste in music.
I discovered The Beatles through my parents Paul McCartney & Wings albums. They had Ram, Venus & Mars, Speed of Sound, and London Town. They also had 33 & 1/3 and George Harrison by George Harrison.

I'm what can becalled "Generation Jones" or "BoomXer". So a bit young for the Beatles original run. I was five when they came to America and eleven when they broke up. Had some awareness through the cartoon show. Parents were not in the Beatles at all. Country, folk and "Adult' Pop were their thing. No older siblings or cousins to introduce me either, I vaguely remember Let It Be being released. In Junior High School/Middle School a friend introduced me to the Beatles and I was hooked. Bought the the Red and Blue Albums and never stopped. 
Somehow a bunch of people I went to college with were also big fans. Went to see Beatlemania several times. December 80 was a punch in the gut for us. Got to see Paul and Ringo a few times. Married a woman who is also a big fan.

I can only imagine as I was born in 82.
I have seen where John was born, there's a blue plaque where the old Maternity Hospital used to be in Liverpool. Been to Mendips and strawberry fields. Abbey Road in London.
Also visited NYC, strawberry fields central park and the Dakota building where he lived and died. So sad it ended like that for him. A family was robbed of their father and husband. And the world was robbed of John Lennon.
