Found Q in Flash

So my brother and I were rewatching The Flash and on season 3 episode 17 there's a guy that does some Q s***, we both accept that this random guy is a Q, he also appears in Supergirl btw

Mxyzptlk is a character that's been around forever in the Superman comics. He was immediately who I thought of after watching some Q episodes.
