This is a tribute for the late Timothy James Curry, who had past way before his time. It is a monumental loss to the acting world.

When coming up with this design, I was picturing Curry playing an energetic and powerful hero of the empire (and thus, a great antagonist for the Federation)! Eccentrically theatrical, but with a sinister undertones that would unnerve a person.

Great work as always. And imagine Tim Curry as a Trek villain. That would have been cool to see.

Oh yeah for sure. He is one of a few actors I would have loved to see on Trek somehow.
When I was figuring out what race to do for him, I had two options:
1- A Vorta for a TNG era villain. Meaning I would design a Dominion vessel... And Curry as a Vorta would be amazing.
2- A TOS/TMP Klingon hero. In this portrayal, I felt he would be really awesome. As He could go all out and really thrill us.
