The Ferengi Marauder looks a closer fit to Draconia.

Now, this looks a bit more like the vessel from Flight of the War Witch.

I wonder what this might look like with a forward sensor bulb in place of the nacelle...

I always found it amusing how the Draconia looked suspiciously like the Battlestar Galactica Viper Launch Station playset, at least in its general form:

Aye I wanted a single nacelle tng starship that fit the tng aesthetic, but was not a "saladin configuration".

We'd have to ask the designer responsible, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Vorcha was inspired by the Draconia in some way.

I dunno if Sternbach had the Draconia in mind when he designed the Vor'Cha, but I do know he said he used the D7 as the starting off point.
