It would still be covered by the same rules and regulations, used to solve crimes, not enforce political orthodoxy or any of the other "straw men" that get brought up.
This technology would practically beg to be abused... if you can't see how such technology would be virtually predestined to be misused, you obviously need to think more clearly
The technology most definitely could be abused. I just don't see courts allowing it, and most definitely not forcing people to undergo a test.

And abused egregiously. That in and of itself is a cause for concern.
Maybe I'm wrong here, but assuming the most cynical likelyhood, if it's sufficiently accurate, and it passed the Daubert standard for admissibility, the court might actually sign off on it. It would effectively be the new DNA.
