flashback chronology

Anyone know if there is a place that describes all the flashbacks, in order, and which episodes they come from?

I'm wanting to rewatch the whole series after it's all over and I've found a site which shows how to do that chronologically with timestamps from each episode telling the order to skip around...

BUT they don't move the flashbacks from the first several seasons to the beginning before the plane crash.

Anyone have any help for me there?

Isn't the point of the flashbacks to tell the story, structurally, the way the producers intend for their story to be told?

That said, maybe check the episode descriptions on Wikipedia?

The producers have said that they do things in a certain order to have a self-contained episode. The flashbacks are just part of that episode.

I'm sure it would be possible to fit everything in chronological order (to some degree), but extraordinarily difficult for anything before Sydney (most of the time, the exact date isn't specified). You're best just looking at lostpedia to get the info per character in order.
