Fix Trek cringe with this one easy step

Spock not yelling "Khaaaaaaaaaaan!" it was a really bad choice, and one fanwank too far. A cold anger and quiet "Khan." would have been 100x more effective.
If youre talking about the scene In The Warth Of Khan it was Kirk, not Spock. I liked it, he was pretty mad.

Remove the line from Turnabout Intruder that intimates Starfleet won't let women captain starships, and just say Lester is mentally unfit.

Do something - ANYthing other than remote-control Walking Spock™ in Spock's Brain.

Make Miri's planet Earth-LIKE, rather than an exact duplicate down to the shape of continents.

The appearance of the Metron at the end of Arena (TOS episode)...he looks like a hippie-angel on drugs.
They should have given him another costume and less make-up.

Make a minor change to "When the Bough Breaks"... have the Aldeans' infertility be medically irreversible.

1. With no easy diplomatic solution right there in front of him, Picard isn't risking his people's lives unnecessarily.
2. Radue doesn't go from "arrogant adversary" to "boot licking sycophant" in 3.2 seconds.
3. It's easily explained why the Federation never has access to their knowledge or technology.
4. Picard's dignity suffers a lot less. You think he WANTED a blasted Tribble stuck on his uniform?
5. The environmental message has a lot more impact.
6. Troi doesn't say that rather cringy line "well we know they'll make good parents" about kidnappers.

Kill off Odona in MARK OF GIDEON, since she's the only one who seems to matter to Kirk as he casts all the outside extras to the plague. Lest we forget, she was willing to sacrifice herself.

Can't kill off Odona. She's the lynchpin to Kirk being able to leave without a more damaging interstellar incident. That's kind of the point.

Troi, in Encounter at Farpoint stating matter-of-factly and without much emotion: Sir, the jellyfish-shaped beings wish to convey their gratitude to you for helping them.

Wesley in Justice: "We're Starfleet, most of the time we don't lie"

There was a lot of Troi cringe in EaF. And maybe Troi could have toned down the emotion in her voice a bit. But what she said was Ok.

Of course, she didn't really need to say anything at that point. The star jellies reunion scene said it all.
