Looks poor compared to the work with Dent/Two-Face in TDK.

And please tell me she's a machine, considerng part of her BRAINS are exposed. Seems to me a real good way to get an infection and die within a matter of hours. -Not that Dent was exactly in a state to live long.

Serena is a new character designed for Terminator Salvation. She oversaw Project Angel. It is believed she is named in honor of the character of Serena Burns from the T2 novel series and they share a similar history.

Serena is a human/terminator hybrid (similar to Marcus Wright) who was working on a way to move a human mind and its information into a machine body.

The Borg Queen of the Terminator universe. An attempt to make the alien threat more relatable but at the same time ends up diminishing it as well. I'll withhold final judgment until it actually comes out but the Terminator universe seems more and more outlandish.
