Firefox add-on to convert flv

A long time ago I had a firefox add-on (recommended to me by someone on here) that would d/l from youtube and convert videos to avi/3g format for playing on my phone.

Since then I've have a computer crash and lost all those fancy bits. But since I hardly ever used it, I didn't mind... till now.

Please can someone direct me to a tool that will do that?

There is a free program called RIVA FLV encoder that will let you easily convert FLV to AVI, FLV to mp3, etc. It's a simple, one-window interface, drag and drop, just change the extension on the output and it will change the encoding. Not sure if it will do 3gp, but it does mpg, avi, others IIRC.
