Its been a long time since I was able to do some new Trek Art, but since I am trying to fill out my graphics portfolio for my first review, I thought I'd whip something up that may actually make it into the final draft. The ship is a physical model I made years ago using paper and cardboard. I simply Photoshopped it to look more like a real ship, and placed it into a rather hostile looking environment. Lets hope her shields hold!



Edit:I decided to make it a series. Here's the next one, and I hope the life support is keeping that crew warm, cause it's about to get chilly.

The backgrounds are beautiful, especially the text, that looks incredible. But that ship, eek. Without it, the image could stand alone and remain gorgeous. I suggest using a cleaner looking ship or just ditch it all together. Once again, your work is beautiful.

Looks like a super-armored battlecruiser based on the Defiant. Must be a prototype the Federation developed to fight the Dominion and the Borg.

Translation: kick-ass starship!
