what was that conveyor belt thing on the stairs? (I'm at work so I watched without sound in case you explained it in the video:lol:)

Yeah, I am very impressed with the stencil work. I've never understood the ability to take a picture of a person, break it down into just black and white, and then have it still look like that person. I would screw it up so bad.

The century old building used to be a textile manufacturing warehouse. Thus, thee conveyor belt. It's actually BOLTED into the concrete stairs. It's pretty cool; it's like remnants of the building's past life.

Designing the stencil isn't hard at all. Just desaturate (convert to b&w), raise contrast levels, then take the pen tool and trace out your design. CUTTING it however... is a different story.
