The December 2014 challenge was to create a magazine cover for publications that the folks in the Star Trek universe might have lying about their quarters - not a magazine 'about' Trek but one from inside it. And if we can tell a book by its cover, then it looks like our crews have plenty of interesting reading ahead of them!

Now it's time to peruse the magazine rack and pick two to take back to your ship - vote for two entries, and the winning publisher will challenge us for the new year . (voting ends 1/5/2015)

Oh man, Ptrope, what happened to your "Star Craft" cover?!?! That's the one I really wanted to vote for.

I voted for the "Star Boy" one anyhow. And then for the Klaus entry, As I love the Final Reflections joke. The other ones were all fun, too.

I wanted to do one this month but I didn't have time. Here's to a fun and creative 2015!

Well, the challenge was open to multiple entries, but since no one else submitted more than one, I didn't want to swamp the field with 30% of the choices .
