FO: Troi or T'Pal

SO/OPS: T'Pal or Seven

Tactical: Yar or even Seven

Pilot: Torres, Seven or even the very young, blonde haired Bajoran pilot from TNG "Lower Decks" and "The First Duty". Her name is Sito Jaxa.

Chief Engineer: Seven or Torres

Doctor: am I the only one who prefers Pulaski?

I'm willing to tweak and make adjustments, so feel free to disagree just plz explain why. My recurring issue is the same as with Data. Seven is so versatile.

Captain: Janeway.
Duh. On a perfectly even playing field, better than Picard in my opinion.

FO: Troi.
Be nice. Stop laughing. Forget the first 5-6 seasons lol. Look at "The Face of the Enemy"...even "Disaster". She became bridge qualified. She's actually not my first choice, but I can't figure out where to put Torres and Seven. Even T'Pal is tricky to be sure where she fits best.

OPS/SO: T'Pal

Tactical/Security Head: Yar. Be see, Seven would be 2x better.
