My cat was losing weight and not eating, so I got him all the cheap crap (that makes his poop stink) to get him to eat more. Turns out he was sick and now that he's on meds he eats more, but he seems to like the cheap crap more than the good stuff. Is there anything I can do to get him to eat the good stuff again?

Mix the two foods. Start with 1/3 good 2/3 cheap. After a few days, do 50-50. Then 2/3 good 1/3 cheap. Long term, you may still need to add a little cheap to the good.

So, when I lost my cat Zoe eight years ago, the vet gave me a little tin box inscribed with her name and a plaster mold of her front paw mixed with her ashes.

Last night at the family reunion, we got to talking about pets and I was reminded of that.

This morning I went to open the tin and the paw print was missing.

Something happened when I moved four years ago that the paw print was taken out of the tin and lost.

I still have the tin with her name on it, but it's not the same now.
