I miss my Julius terribly, but I guess it's a good thing I no longer have a cat. I could never handle having to give up another cat because I've ended up in a hospital or something...and I would never EVER be able to handle a pet dying or needing to put one to sleep.
But I love all the cats I see in this thread.
