He's gotten out twice without anyone knowing. The first time he was chilling in the front yard of another house. The second time he apparently went on an adventure that everyone in the neighborhood saw before coming home on his own.

Aaaagh. That would make me very anxious if my boogers got out. Glad he’s safely home!

I buy my cat food by the case, and just discovered that one of the cans was partially crushed and it had been partially open this whole time. The exposed part is the only part that looks nasty, the rest of the cat food surprisingly looks fine. Either way, it's all food compost now.
