I hope this is acceptable please delete if it is not admin and apologise, I have created a group within Facebook that is dedicated to setting up the Federation and the different branches within the organisation.
However I am aware that no one man could create such an organisation on his own, but all great acheivements happen with one small step, this is why I'm asking the question here, I need individuals who would be excited at being at the start of something, have time they are will to spend in shaping how the organisation is formed, it's goals, standards, laws, pushing it to become a reality.
