Favourite Davros and Daleks story

I would have loved The Stolen Earth / Journey's End if the 'companion returning all God-like and saving the day' hadn't already been done in Parting Of The Ways and if they'd dropped the hand morphing into a Doctor, which was literally only there to provide the 10/Rose 'shippers with something approaching a 'happy' ending.

"Genesis of the Daleks" was one of the first Doctor Who episodes I watched by myself as a kid, and that one has always stuck with me.

It gets my vote by default. Davros has never seemed as creepy as he was then.
