Favorite Starfleet uniform/combadge

I'll answer the easiest first: My favourite comm badge is the "All Good Things..." version (like my avatar, just without the sea/sky background)

As for the uniform: Well, I find myself fascinated by the TOS movies "Monster Maroons" and all their permutations and intricate design elements and accessories, but they're very "military" and if I found myself as an officer in the late-23rd/early-24th century I'd go for something like Saavik's undershirt and leather vest ensemble from the end of STIII: TSFS when they land on Vulcan (where permitted). Otherwise, I like "The Cage" style velour turtlenecks as they look comfy and are not too brightly coloured. Also, the asymmetric Discovery uniforms (and their Mirror Universe versions) and the 29th century uniforms (from VOY "Relativity).

My favorite uniforms are the main TNG uniforms (the ones introduced in Season 3), although I HATE the fuzzy jacket/overcoat variant that Picard started wearing in the last few seasons. The TOS movie uniforms (From ST II-VI) are a very, very close second when it comes to favorite uniforms. My favorite combadge is the Voyager/DS9/TNG Movie combadge.

I'd say the new 2380s Picard uniform, followed by the DS9/Voyager one, with the 2390s getting an honorable mention. They've got a good balance between the color and the black, and look like they'd actually be comfortable and practical to wear. Both the TOS and TNG movie uniforms are way too bulky and stuffy to be practical as shipboard uniforms. I think the TMP admiral uniform could have worked out pretty well with a bit of tweaking.

My favorite badge is DS9/Voy. The arrowhead's got a nicer shape than TNG and I like the oval part being more centered.

Uniform: 29th century (VOY "Relativity"). About time BLUE got its turn as the Command division color!

I think if they added regular pips and shoulder pads (like the standard uniforms had) to the cadet ones from “The First Duty,” they’d look pretty damn sharp.

Also, I’ve always had an affinity for the 29th century ones from “Relativity,” although the white at the collar is maybe too much.

Favorite combadge is TNG. Perfect.

Favorite Duty Uniform: TNG season 4-7, First Contact/DS9 season 5-7 and DS9 season 1-4/VOY and also both 2380's duty uniforms and current 2390's uniforms as seen in Picard.

Combadge: DS9- season 4-7, and VOY. Also the current combadge as seen in Picard.

 

[Mysterion]

Uniform: the ENT coverall/jumpsuit. Practical and utilitarian.

Badge: the TWoK era insignia.
