I think that the overall interaction between the chartacters was better in the first three seasons when all of them could relate to each other in some way than in the later seasons when everything was about Janeway, Seven and The Doctor.

their relationships were better in the later seasons when they had more time to develop. And just about everyone had equal time in the later seasons

For me, definitely Janeway and Chakotay! The chemistry between those two sizzled at times. I also love Torres/Paris, and Tuvok/Neelix. But the whole cast worked well together and that was why I enjoyed the series so much. They were always picking at each other on the set and I really enjoyed the banter. I read where the laughter from the set was heard all the way to the end of the Paramount lot!

from what I've heard at many conventions people say that Voyager was the show where the cast got along the best. I've heard some very amusing backstage stories over the years
