Starfleet: Steamrunner class. Always loved those little guys, and it's a pity we never saw more of them.

Non-Starfleet: Probably the D'deridex. They're just cool.

Nova class, hands down. That is my single favorite ship design in Trek history -- I even like it better (gasp!) than the TOS Big E.

Starfleet: Excelsior class mk II (the one with the extensions on the enginneering hull and the ill-placed impulse exhausts)
