I can't believe The Swedish Chef is in second place right behind Kermit. People sure love that incomprehensible weirdo.

I feel kind of sorry for Lew Zealand, but it's understandable why he's not that popular. What's appealing about a guy that just throws fish? The Chef only throws foods as he "cooks", but at least he makes funny word-like noises.

What bugs me about the Swedish Chef is the mock-Swedish. Not that he speaks it, mind you, but they admitted to it when people told them he wasn't speaking real Swedish. I always thought the proper response should have been: "Of course, he doesn't speak Swedish. He speaks what he thinks is English."

Does anyone besides me remember that during the first few episodes of season one, that Janice had a really prominent pair of nipples under that tank top of hers? I'm guessing that they disappeared because of feedback from prudes (most likely Americans who weren't used to the less puritanical standards of British television).

Yes. And one of my favorite Janice moments, or even just Muppet moments, comes from The Great Muppet Caper when everyone is talking and suddenly stop to hear Janice say, "It's my life. If I want to live on a beach and walk around naked..."
