Fun fact: Joel Grey almost didn't take the role of Chiun. He took it basically on a dare: if they could make him look like an elderly Korean man in a convincing manner, he'd do the film. And there was much rejoicing.

(Although I wonder, when he did that Voyager episode, if Kate Mulgrew had an unfortunate flashback...)
