Well Voyager fans, we are now getting to the nitty gritty of these polls. From this list, you will pick the 10 best episodes to go into the GTD poll with the other series final ten.

After you pick the final ten, if you like, we can continue the polls for fun. What I’ve done in TNG and will do in TOS and DS9, is that we’ve taken the final ten and polled them down to 5 then 3 then 1.

I really don't think the 2-part episodes should be split up like that because on their own, they don't make sense - they are ONE story (spread over two eps), like it or not.

Some really good eps have gone by the wayside over the course of this, but there's some great stuff left. I went for the following (alphabetical order), although this is by no means my top 10 episodes of Voyager:

"Caretaker"
"Deadlock"
"Death Wish"
"Drone"
"Living Witness"
"Scorpion" (both parts)
"Someone to Watch Over Me"
"Year of Hell" (both parts).

It's a pity the two-parters were considered as separate eps; I'd like to have been able to vote for "Before and After". Oh, well.

I liked tha Caretaker and The Killing game the best two listed.As for the rest I have a hard time picking.

Though I do have a question. When it was originally aired wasn't Year of Hell one feature length episode?

It was a feature length episode. However, it was all aired on the same night instead of in two weeks, so most people consider it a single episode. Right?

As far as listing the episodes as either a one or a two parter, I am using the TrekNation episode guide as my source for all the polls in the various Trek forums.

A relatively good list. A pity though that Year of Hell and Scorpion (good as they were) occupy two slots each. On the other hand, I'd rather take that than Someone To Watch Over Me and Shattered which would've been the runner-ups....

A quick question for everyone, for the next set of elimination rounds (which are just for fun) should I make Scorpion and Year of Hell one selection each, or keep them broken up as they will be in the final GTD poll?

Nope - keep em separate - the polls are already distorted BECAUSE of this inaccuracy, it wouldn't make sense to try and fix it now.

Well, actually what was done is VERY accurate, since they are separately produced episodes (and for the record, Scorpion Part I is much better than Part II), but you're right: Wouldn't make much sense to fix it now.

I'm at work right now, I'll get the next poll up when I get home this evening.

It seems likely that I'll keep the two parters as seperate entrys in the poll.

Agreed. However, most people around here loathe "Endgame" to varying degrees. To each their own.
