The one I was referring to earlier is right after Commodore Decker relieves Mr. Spock of command. It's a short part between dialogue when Spock gets up and stands by McCoy.

There's also Decker swiveling the command chair around the bridge to see if anyone plans to challenge him before nodding to Sulu and ordering him to turn back.
