I also voted for The Meld. There is sort of a dance-like rhythm going on with the build-up and my favorite part of the score is this segment up through 1:38. There is some weird thing going on, I don't know if it's glissandos on the strings or what, but it sounds almost like birds chirping. It's an angelic quality and really sells the sense of wonder.
 
One that I like is the beginning of Spock's Arrival, after McCoy says "That depends on you.", and exits Kirk's quarters. Just a few notes, really, but there's something very "3rd season" about it, and considering how Kirk/McCoy friction was not unknown, it just felt 'right', somehow...
