Reed, Mayweather and Phlox against some xenophobic Humans in a San Francisco bar.

Starfleet vs Klingons at DSK7

Alternate universe Kirk vs. four Starfleet security officers

Guinan bringing out an assault rifle after an all out brawl breaks out in ten forward between OBrien and a bunch of other officers.

Cardassians vs. Jem'Hadar in Quark's

Neelix vs. Paris in the Mess Hall after throwing their pasta at each other lol

For me, its gotta be a toss up between Starfleet Vs The Klingons at K-7 and Kirk Vs Starfleet Security in "Star Trek", purely because they are the funniest, Scotty's reaction to the Enterprise being insulted is priceless!

The Klingons against a founder...."mine is longer"! [laugh] And the time Odo had to fight bare hand against the boarding Klingons. He seemed to be knocking them unconscious like hitting a pinata! Ok! Maybe that wasn't a bar fight, but it was memorable, nevertheless....
