Hmm. I detect a theme here. "Dive, dive!"

But where is Crimson Tide?

Halloween (1978)
Star Wars: A New Hope
Planet of the Apes (1968)
The Bride of Frankenstein
Psycho (1960)
Running On Empty
Almost Famous
Before Sunrise
Clerks II
Ed Wood

It's only harder and harder for me to make such a list. It's more or less totally fluid at this point, but I think all ten of these are solid choices.

2001: A Space Odyssey
Apocalypse Now
Blade Runner
Citizen Kane
The Fog of War: Eleven Lessons from the Life of Robert S. McNamara
North by Northwest
Platoon
The Roaring Twenties
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Walk Hard

Maybe this isn't too suprising but there seems to be a heavy dose of Science Fiction films in everyone's list. Blade Runner, Star Trek, Star Wars, Transformers, 2001: A Space Odessey, E.T., etc. Would you consider yourselves fans of Science Fiction in addition to Gene Roddenberry's vision of the future or is Star Trek a part of the Sci Fi you gravitate towards?

The list is...very, very extensive. It includes (in no particular order):

Casablanca
The African Queen
All About Eve
The Philadelphia Story
It Happened One Night
Goodbye, Mr Chips
(1939)
The Remains of the Day
Howards End
When Harry Met Sally...
Alien
Aliens
Sense and Sensibility
Love Affair
(1939)
My Favourite Wife
The Best Years of Our Lives
Bringing Up Baby
Libelled Lady
Forbidden Planet
Rear Window
A Letter to Three Wives
The Women
(1939)
Ninotchka
The Day the Earth Stood Still
King Kong
(1933)
The Ghost and Mrs Muir

Any of those I can watch over and over and over again - and have done so - without ever being bored.

Option "B"

I love SF but personal faves (Khan, Predator, Aliens, Forbidden Planet, This Island Earth, yadda yadda) more top 20 all-time than top ten.
