The sheer ingenuity and ability of geeks or people influenced by geek culture never ceases to amaze me. As an example, I point you to this fantastic 3D Dragon Cake. Utterly astounding in detail, it's almost too elaborate to let anybody actually consume it. The link by this cake's maker - link - has even more examples of this artistry.

I am artistically disabled, especially when it come to cakes, so I really envy that talent and patience.

I'd hate to be the first person to cut into the cake, though.

It's staggering to think how much time has to be spent in creating one of those. But just think of the reaction you could get presenting that at a wedding or a birthday party, for someone who really loves dragons!

I was just looking at that website, $1000 min. for a cake, $175 an hour to deliver, I wonder how much the ones on the show go for?
