ENT was always underrated, IMO. Broken Bow was the best pilot Trek has done, and while s1 left something to be desired with many of its eps, I think it was really the first half of s2 that killed the show.
After that, the show really got good, IMO. Cease Fire, Future Tense, Cogenitor, Regeneration, First Flight, and Judgment were some of ENT's best episodes. To me, these eps really started the turn-around the show experienced that many attribute to s3 & s4.
The Xindi arc was very well done, with only a few weak eps during the season, and some really great ones as well. S4 continued this, and I think it only had two weak eps during the entire season (the one with the transporter inventor & TATV). The section 31/Klingon two-parter was particularly well done.
I have no doubt that ENT would have continued to do big things had it been allowed to continue. At its best, I actually consider it up there with DS9 and some of the better eps of TNG quality-wise. It's a damn shame we'll never get to see the Romulan War played out, because that could have been amazing with Manny Coto & co. producing it.
