Mallory has reminded me that we were discussing the creation of an FAQ and now I wouldn't mind getting that project underway as soon as possible. I have previous experience creating FAQ's, one for TOS in 2004 and another for ST Movies in 2006.
Here are the guidelines:
1. Questions that don't have opinion-based answers.
2. Questions that are very basic and repeatedly asked.
3. Questions that won't date quickly (which I define as six months to one year).
I don't want an FAQ that squashes discussion, just one that will keep people from exclaiming, "Oh no, not again! Didn't we answer this last month, last week, and even yesterday?"
