regarding the securitrons, and Victor and Yes Man . . . it finally clicked
I went back to Goodsprings and wouldn't ya know there's Victor inactive by his house there
DUH they're robots and they can inhabit different bodies :P

in other news I've been working at getting my District 9 rifle into New Vegas
I'm pretty pleased with how it's turning out. I just need to fine-tune the stats so it's not a god weapon, but still make it behave like in the movie
