Fallout 3 glitches

so I have been playing Fallout 3 alot now, and the new DLC has caused some...interesting glitches on the 360.

First; to get the strictly buisness achievement, I enslaved Flak, now shrapnel is wandering around Paradise Falls, when I talk to him, he reacts like he's off duty & still in Rivet City (F&S's in now perminantly closed it seems ) also, I freed everyone I enslaved (save for Red who's head went pop) and got no hostility at PF, just chided by the guy at the gate for being carless, and was given a second collar

Second; I have encountered some lone (or with a hostile Eyebot) Enclave soldiers before I have done the quest that unleashes the Enclave onto the wasteland

Third; after unleashing the Enclave, (not wrapping the story up) three-dog says that it's been about two weeks since we have kicked Enclave butt and pure water is flowing free

anyone else gotten any new glitches from the DLC?

I get a lot of crashes now when auto-saving and loading new locations.

have not seen any new glitches since the 3rd DLC. Had some weird ones before the 1st DLC

one was: the sheriff in megaton didn't walk he just glided around megaton! (like the animation was stuck) it eventually fixed itself after leaving the town

I downloaded Broken Steel the day it came out, I wasn't able to get around to playing it until the weekend but by then my internet was down so I wasn't able to get any patches or updates... So I decide to try Broken Steel, I load up my pre-ending save game go through the Project Purity compound, I confront Colonel Autumn, Lyons gets on the intercom with the Brotherhood, she tells me I we have to act fast...."Steel be with you...Steel be with you....Steel be with you.....Steel be with you." She's bugged, will not open the door.

I tried killing her, hoping she might "reset", I tried reloading a couple of times but always the same glitch. When I finally got the internet back the following Monday and loaded up Fallout 3 it immediately downloaded a fix and the problem was solved.

now rivet city and the jefferson memorial crash my x-box when I try to enter them

Bethesda recently announced they're working on a Wii game, I wonder if they'll spend more time play testing it then they do with their other games since they can't patch Wii games.

I have found a Pip Boy Glitch.

If I open it up before the autosave text vanishes from the screen the top half of the pip boy disappears off the top of the screen losing half of the read out.

Making the game autosave again seems to fix it.
