I got spooked by them Banshees.
I did too in the beginning. You ever stop and listen to them? I kill the underlings and then leave them alone to hear how they mess with you.

The only achievement I can help with is the have a million dollars worth of property one and maybe the smaller co-op specific ones.

I just need to do those co-op ones. The expression and the fighting one. I'll worry about the dolls later. I'll probably just buy them from other people considering I earn 1mil gold a day ingame.
If you know someone with all the dolls, you can just play in his game and grab them. I can get on later if you're still around... the expression one you can kind of do solo though if you have a second controller. Takes a bit of finesse, but it's probably easier to coordinate with yourself than with another person.

I just got gold last month and haven't been playing online much, so i've no idea.

Seems like a lot at first, but I can see how fast it could fill up.
Yeah, I've had it for 2 years now and I just add people I meet online since I don't know anyone who plays games in real life. That said, a lot of those people haven't logged on for years, so I'm just going through and churning them out.
