express yourself/your life in one word for today, v 2.0

Is it like Orejel?

So far ibuprofen has been a big help now.

Even got to have some ice cream today. Chocolate. :)

Not quite the same. Anbesol has benzocaine, which numbs the area-- often used for teething babies or small wounds in the mouth.

Orajel has acetaminophen and some ingredients that help with cold sores.

After years of braces and spacers, I found anbesol great for the nights when the pain interfered with sleep. Orajel seemed more mild but lasted longer, so it was better for daytime.

Your mileage may vary.

Wait a minute, double checked the stuff I have and it's the generic of what you mentioned, Orasol, instead of Anbesol.
