Shaking.

we have ways to make you calm down.. hehe --- actually I had the the shakes bad at the beginning of the year --- they had cut my beta-blockers in half --- it was for my blood pressure and my blood pressure got better .. but the beta blockers were helping my shakes.. I was on the max dose 100 metoprolol in the morning and 100 at night they had me go to 50 and 50 for the months I was at that dose I had incredible shakes.. they changed my psychotropic it did nothing but that was crazy a med change I did not need.. for the wrong reason.. so then I told them it must be the metoprolol that was changed, they put me back and I am fine.. -=- of course that is just me.. it may not work for you.. but yes metoprolol works for the shakes in general beta blockers do. just something to look into for me, I could not talk on a phone as the phone I would sake while holding it. things were very difficult. ---

My mom gave me a weighted blanket yesterday!!! I've wanted one since way before they existed, back when I'd go to the dentist and they'd put the lead blanket on you for x-rays. I always became extremely relaxed and wished I could take one home so I could sleep under it. I had the best night's sleep I've ever had in my life last night!

The woodworking store called and my bandsaw arrived today. I picked it up and tomorrow I'll set it up. I've removed it from its box. That was fun. The box weighed around 300 lbs!

another day of nausea and headaches 000 I think I caught the headache in time.. with 1 ibuprofen the nausea med is kinda good but just one so far not much help.. maybe a little - so I am going with that word that is a big hit these days from far and wide...with many people..
