(It's been drizzling all day and there's a terribly cold wind. And I had to sample a stream below a water purification plant that is definitely misnamed. Water putrification plant would be more appropriate. When will local authorities finally get it that saving the costs for maintenance will result in twenty times the costs for drinking water? Sometimes mankind drives me to despair!)
