We have the right to file a police report on him, given that he damaged our property. There's no dealing with this 'person' as he is bipolar and narcissistic. He figures he can do whatever he wants with no consequences and that no one else can have things. It's sick to be honest. So the only route is the police report. Kept a record of the damage they did as well.
