Corel just bumped my tech support case up ANOTHER level, creating MORE of a wait, all the while I'm paying for software I cannot currently use!

Honestly, at this point that I would switch back, but as much as I love CorelDraw as a graphics program, I hate Illustrator just as much. Unfortunately, I'm beginning to feel about Corel, the company, the way I feel about Illustrator, the software.

So very tired. It took me four, count 'em, four tries to buy something today. First, I tried a gift card that was completely unrelated to where I was shopping. Then I tried a different card, but there was nothing on it. I started to drive away and realized I used the wrong friggin' card! I drove back and swiped my card..."Please use chip reader." D'oh!

I did eventually get what I needed.
