Well mine are always... always... always... Smurfs! I loved them when I was a kid and I love them now. But the real story behind it is this: I used Smurfette as my AV ages ago for a couple of weeks. When I took her down for something else, DangerMouse insisted I put her back since she was awesome. Since DangerMouse is awesome, I put Smurfette back up. Then I started making newer and better AV's, adding animation and different characters. Then I changed my username to fit!So now I am "all Smurf, all the time" and I couldn't be happier... and it is DangerMouse's fault.
I love it when something's my fault... sooooooooooo naughty!
The smirfs are so cool and in honour, I'm going to resurrect an av you made me
(If i can remember how to change avs that is)

Mine's pretty straight forward - The Enterprise doing a full phaser strafing run on the Doomsday Machine from the Star Trek TOS episode of the same name. Flukie made it for me and I still think it's awesome. Probably the best ret-con that CBS Digital did when doing the "Remastered" episodes. I mean, when Commodore Decker says"We're going to hit that thing with full phasers at point blank range" this is what I pictured in my minds eye...

Well I don't know about it being a contradiction. But if memory serves me correctly, wasn't it because we both loved the pretty blond kitty in Batman Returns? Or was it the leather outfit and the whip? (I can not watch that movie without always thinking of you. I have the same problem with Out of Africa too.

Current av is a crop of a New York Post cover during a bad time for the Mets. If the Mets do well this year, I'll replace it with a happy Mr. Met.

Oh, that is brilliant. Well done, and should be displayed next to a pic of one their uniforms from last year that had "NATINALS" on the front!
