I love some of the Avs posters use - I suspect there are interesting stories behind some, and some funny and even sweet reasons behind others. Identify your Av if you feel that others may not know what/who it is, and tell us why you chose that particular Av.

My Av is the result of having a little childhood left in me in spite of my advanced age, and also the fusion of two loves; Star Trek and barbies!

Well mine are always... always... always... Smurfs! I loved them when I was a kid and I love them now. But the real story behind it is this: I used Smurfette as my AV ages ago for a couple of weeks. When I took her down for something else, DangerMouse insisted I put her back since she was awesome. Since DangerMouse is awesome, I put Smurfette back up. Then I started making newer and better AV's, adding animation and different characters. Then I changed my username to fit! So now I am "all Smurf, all the time" and I couldn't be happier... and it is DangerMouse's fault.

Mine is Tekeny Ghemor holding Kirayoshi on his final visit. The quote about family I found on the Internet, but it fit that character SO perfectly I just had to use it.

Tekeny was just SUCH a warmhearted character, and one of my favorite DS9 guest characters ever, so I wanted to give him the spotlight.
