Explain The Origin Of Your Signature

Since I first heard mine uttered on The Big Bang Theory, I just knew it reflected a universal truth that I needed to preserve.

Mine came from my most recent trip to Gettysburg. The guide mentioned it to me. I've read a lot about Lincoln, but hadn't heard that quote before. But I liked it.

We need a signature rating thread...

If only someone, anyone, here had the power, nay, the mere ability to begin new threads--threads with subjects of their own choosing...

Ah, but this is all crazy talk. Rambling on and on goes the Q, on and on rambling about nothing.

We can never be graced by such a glorious thread. That ability is beyond the grasp of even our best person for leaning way over and reaching out for things that are hard to reach without having to get on a chair or walk across the room or something like that.

Pity.

Done.

Yes folks, that's how PappaQ gets the job done!

Guilting other people into doing it :D

Mine is a quote from this past week's MLP:FiM episode "Read It And Weep", where Rainbow Dash is trying to hide from her friends that she enjoys reading for fear it makes her look uncool, and an egghead. In the case of the the quote in question, Rainbow Dash has sneaked into the hospital she had just left (she had broken a bone) to recover the book she had been reading. The above quote occurred as she was hiding under a patient's bed.

Mine is reference to something Dave Hughes said on tonight's The Project. They were talking to someone in involved with the Queensland flood inquiry, and Dave asked the question a few times, when asking who was at fault with the floods last year.
