Ex Astris interview **MASSIVE SPOILAGE**

mythme

Commodore
Commodore
Bernd at Ex Astris Scientia conducted an interview with Olaf Sporil, assistant director for Star Trek XI. At first I thought this was going to be tongue-in-cheek, but the more I read the more I realized this was no joke. Considering the source, Bernd isn't one to pull our leg. If you don't want a MAJOR surprise to be ruined for you, don't click the link:

PS: If I'm wrong, and this is a spoof, I"m gonna feel like a major jackass.

I'm too lazy to check, but it's finally April 1st somewhere in the world me thinks.

It's still March 31 where I am for several more hours. This is why internet AFD usually has so much fail.

Do'h Do'h Do'h

I completely forgot!

I KNEW it was too good to be true. I've been had!!! (hides in the corner and tries to regain his dignity)

You realize it is now April 1st in Germany, and Bernd is pulling your leg.

If even a single person takes that seriously, they deserve what they get. Which is....nothing. I guess.

You know what I mean. :shifty:

Despite all this evidence I believe everything I have read at Ex Astris. Clearly, Shatner is in the movie. There is not other way.

George Takei in the movie?
His character is admiral Kotsulu Tulife Kobayashi. Oh Good, it is a fake!!!!!

I saved a few moments of my life by not clicking the link.

If he really wanted to pull an April Fool's joke that might startle people, he should have announced that he was going to favor the new movie over the old continuity in all matters of "canonicity."

But then, he'd probably have been responsible for untold deaths in the aftermath.
