Ever wonder what would happen between Batman and Wolverine in a fight?

Here's the plot synopsis:

Batman has retired from the superheroes’ stage and Gotham City is plunged into chaos. As Bruce Wayne is getting older and suffering from serious problem drinking, is he going to resist to the Dark Knight call for a last fight, a heroic fighting with an awesome adversary?

The French made it, so there's plenty of black and white, extensive voice-over narration but very intriguing visuals. It's definitely worth your time. Not your typical fan-made Batman movie, that's for sure.

I'm assuming Batman would win because he had enough time to prepare.

That was pretty cool if lacking a motivation on Wolverine's part. I assume they intend for the audience to speculate on why Logan was fighting Batman in the first place.

As for a fight...I'm inclined to agree with captcalhoun. The two of them are probably evenly matched in terms of their hand to hand combat experience, but Logan has enhanced senses and a handy healing factor. He would most likely be able to sniff out Bruce's scent in an attempt to hide. Batman is able to fight dirty when it counts but after a prolonged combat I see Logan eventually gutting him. Aside from Thanagarian Nth I don't think DC has an adamantium counterpart that Bruce could shield himself with armor wise.

In my opinion, Bruce would be able to survive long enough to escape, then find out what was going on and why Logan tried to kill him. Then he could use his fancy bat-skills and bat-gadgets to slow Logan down long enough to convince him that they were both on the same side. Of course, if Logan was sufficiently motivated and caught Bats by surprise or Bats couldn't get away for some reason...then yeah, shish-ka-Bat.

My fight analyzes was meant for a comic book fight...not the film. I'm talking about current comic book Bruce Wayne and Wolverine. Not the two characters in the film. Should have clarified that.

Adam West, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, and Christian Bale jumping Hugh Jackman on the Warner Bros. lot. TMZ would be all over that.

That was really good, though it was a little weird hearing it in French, with English subtitles.

Batman Deliverance? Wolverine doesn't bet that Batman can "squeal like a pig" or anything, does he? Because Batman does not have time to prepare for that. He needs to go buy some Bat Lube from the Bat Drug Store.
