Greg Cox is the only one to deal with Khan; Let's hope that doesn't happen!

Huh?

I mean, yeah, Khan could probably beat up Greg Cox, so I hope he's not the only one we send to deal with him.

On the other hand, the whole point of those novels is that it already happened. And that is their fundamental, insurmountable, conceptual and moral flaw (not that they're bad).

That's what Greg Cox wants you to think. ;)

As for what I think UncleRogi is saying, I'm assuming he wants more Eugenics Wars books. I don't know if they're needed, though; Cox pretty much covered the whole thing in some detail, so the story of the conflict's been told. And the nature of the wars as told in those books was conspiracy and hidden struggle and so forth, to allow it to integrate as well as possible with our reality. So I don't know what's left to tell.

There was the Myriad Universe story by James Swallow, if that helps. A universe where Khan was successful in taking over (and which has lots of pleasing continuity nods to Cox's Eugenics Wars series)

Of course, only superior specimens of humanity may read it.
