Etsy Advice and Opinions

Just looking for opinions. I'm getting some sales through my etsy shop, and hopefully they continue. If you are buying an item, how important is nice packaging to you? Right now i have white boxes for shipping and purple tissue papee that i wrap the items in. I just ordered some business cards to include that will have a link to a discount code.

There are more things i could do to make the package prettier like getting nicer paper and stickers and stuff. Would it be worth the investment? I mean it's not a huge amount of money but still money.

Hi!!! I have an Etsy shop too. I really think the packaging is important. I like to think it helps encourage shoppers to leave feedback too. I usually add a card and some stickers in with it, along with my card.

Thanks!! I have to say, it’s a lot of fun. I really enjoy the packaging process since I stepped it up. Different combos with ribbons and stickers has totally peaked my creativity.

Sometimes I will tailor the packaging to the purchase too (I sold a pair of vintage cowboy boots so I threw in some western looking stickers).

I found all the supplies on Amazon for pretty cheap!
