There are rumours that the High Republic era, which is set 400 years before the Skywalker saga, will be the setting for the next movie. It will feature a younger yoda.

Is there any website that talks about this era or are there any books set during the high republic era out there ?

If this is the next movie it's not going to be "Episode X", it's going to be separate from the Skywalker Saga, and the Episode Whatever titles are only used for the Skywalker Saga movies.

Which Disney can change any time they want, because they own the franchise. Not saying they will, but speaking in absolutes can sometimes come back to bite one in the rear.

I guess it might theoretically be possible, but I can't really see them suddenly changing things, after spending 40+ years doing it this way.
And if they were going to go with an "episode _" title for something like what we're talking about, it would probably have to be episode -1 or .5 or something like that, since the numbers go in chronological order. I guess they could always give this series a separate title, so Star Wars The High Republic Episode 1: Whatever Something Something.
