Episode when aliens try to destroy their art an culture

Hi, I hope this is the place to post this;

There is an episode of start trek that I remember a few scenes from, I think it was star trek voyager.. The found a distress call, and it seem that it is an alien trying to escape its own people, the alien is accused of stealing, and the alien stole a crystal which contain the culture and art of the civilization of the alien, and his people want to destroy the crystal and the art and culture as they do not believe in those stuff. Any one know the episode name?
